Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Because every item is custom made to your specifications, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on personalized items.

If something goes wrong, here's how we handle it:

To start a claim, email hello@bachparty.store within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages) with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Replacements are subject to our production partner's and the carrier's approval of the underlying claim. We'll keep you updated at every step.
