Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
Because every item is custom made to your specifications, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on personalized items.
If something goes wrong, here's how we handle it:
- Wrong design — our error (we sent the wrong text, wrong product, or wrong variant): we'll reprint and reship at no cost to you.
- Arrived damaged or defective: we'll file a claim with our production partner. If the claim is approved, we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Clear photos of the damage and the packaging are required.
- Lost in transit: we'll work with the carrier to locate the package. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we'll file a claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are generally not eligible.
To start a claim, email hello@bachparty.store within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages) with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Replacements are subject to our production partner's and the carrier's approval of the underlying claim. We'll keep you updated at every step.
