This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Bach Party ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to bachparty.store and any related checkout flows.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers: name, email address, shipping address, and IP address.
• Commercial information: products you view, add to cart, and purchase; your order history.
• Internet or network activity: pages visited, referrer, device and browser type, country (derived from IP via our content-delivery network), and UTM/click-ID parameters when you arrive from a link.
• Your custom design content: the text and rendered image you create in our product configurator.
• Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive a limited payment confirmation (card brand, last 4 digits, payment status) to attach to your order record.

We collect this information when you visit the site, place an order, or contact us. We do not collect passwords, phone numbers, government IDs, financial account numbers, or biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Fulfill and ship your order (Stripe for payment, Printify for production and fulfillment).
• Send transactional emails (order receipts, shipping notifications, issue resolution).
• Operate, secure, and improve the site.
• Measure the effectiveness of our marketing (e.g., which channels bring visitors who make a purchase).
• Support future advertising, retargeting, and email marketing efforts. This may include sharing identifiers or browsing activity with advertising partners, analytics providers, or email marketing providers. As of the date above, we do not run third-party advertising pixels on the site.
• Prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Certain state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) define "sale" and "sharing" broadly — sharing personal information with an advertising platform to serve targeted ads can qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" even when no money changes hands.

Under those definitions, we may "sell" or "share" the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers (such as email address, IP address, and device identifiers)
• Internet or network activity (such as browsing and interaction data)
• Commercial information (such as purchase history)

Categories of third parties we may share these with:

• Advertising and retargeting partners
• Analytics providers
• Email marketing providers

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18 years of age.

We have not sold or shared personal information for targeted advertising in the 12 months preceding the date above.

4. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you
• Request a copy of that information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
• Opt out of targeted advertising
• Limit our use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by CPRA)
• Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights

To exercise any of these rights:

• Visit Your Privacy Choices to opt out of sale and sharing.
• Email hello@bachparty.store for access, deletion, or correction requests. We will respond within 45 days (we may extend by an additional 45 days in limited cases, with notice).

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from your browser as an opt-out of sale and sharing. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat that visit as opted out automatically.

You may authorize an agent to act on your behalf. We may require written permission and verification of identity.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies — required for checkout, security, and core site functionality (for example, our anonymous visitor ID and your privacy-choices selection). These cannot be disabled and are always set.
• Analytics and advertising cookies — used to measure site performance and, in the future, to support advertising and retargeting. These are only set when you consent via our cookie banner, and are not set if you have opted out via Your Privacy Choices or Global Privacy Control.

Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address and browser information when you visit our pages. See Google's privacy policy.

If error monitoring is enabled, we use Sentry to collect anonymous error reports.

6. Payment Security

All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI Level 1 certified. We never receive or store your full card number.

7. Data Retention

We retain order records (shipping address, email, customization settings, and design image) for as long as needed to fulfill, support, and document your order — typically up to seven years for tax, accounting, and warranty-claim purposes. Anonymous visit logs are retained for up to 24 months. Stripe and Printify retain their own records per their respective privacy policies.

You can request deletion of your information at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Children

Our site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, email hello@bachparty.store and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply prospectively — information collected under an earlier version of this policy remains governed by the version in effect when it was collected.
